242. Liebster Award!

Stimmung: schlecht.
Tagesziele: hatte keine.

Der Selbsthass ist groß und der Tag an sich war auch nicht der Beste.
Heute hatte ich mein Gespräch mit Holger und Ulf und es lief.... recht gut !
Wir haben viel gelacht, rumgealbert und ja.. auch geredet :) Morgen seh ich Holger wieder und am Dienstag seh ich dann auch Ulf wieder.

Im Moment bin ich wieder ambivalent, was meine Medikamente angeht.
Seitdem ich Truxal nehme, gehts mir eigentlich ganz gut. Der ständige Todeswunsch ist zwar kaum noch da, aber trotzdem ist irgendetwas anders. Ich weiß nicht, wie lange ich es noch schaffe das Zeug zu nehmen. Wie lange ich es schaffe, mir zu erlauben glücklich zu sein.

     - My favourite place is the playground in the forest.
